Our kitchen is closed Wednesday-Friday from 2:30pm-4:30pm. We offer bar snacks for thirsty patrons and our full beverage menu during these hours, including 1/2 off Pints, $5 Beer Flights, & $15 Pitchers.

Our Tasting Room is a collaboration between Santa Cruz's own Uncommon Brewers and local butcher El Salchichero.

Uncommon Brewers specializes in European-styled craft beer. Our kitchen prepares Japanese and Korean-inspired dishes, Ramens from scratch, and a well-loved burger.

Oasis is a place to rest and recover from a hectic workday, to commune with friends and family, or to feast after a day of adventure.

UNCOMMON BREWERS

Steamer's Lane Lager

4.3% ABV

The first lager released by Uncommon, a California Common style brewed with locally grown lavender blossoms. Heady floral aroma, pronounced Vienna malt character, subtle hops and bitter finish.


Golden State Ale

6.4% ABV

Our flagship Belgian-style Golden Ale is brewed with toasted poppy seeds. The straw-golden body belies a complex mouth feel, toasty and nutty, with the rich aroma of a Trappist-style ale.

 


Japonica Pils

5.3% ABV

Our Czech-style Pilsner is brewed with ginger and freshly grated wasabi root, known as Wasabia Japonica. A bright, grassy pils with a clean malt body, delicate ginger bite, and the soft heat of wasabi builds on the finish.


Bacon Brown Ale

6.8% ABV

We throw a whole pork leg into every barrel batch of our Nut Brown Ale. The pork fat provides a creamy mouthfeel & smooth, smokey finish.


Framboos Blonde

6.9% ABV

This ale is brewed with over 100 lbs. of fresh raspberries for each 30 barrel batch. It has a clear, bright raspberry aroma, smooth malt body, and a light, wild lactic finish.


Siamese Twin Ale

8.5% ABV

This Belgian-style dubbel is brewed with whole lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and Indian coriander. It is amber bodied and sweet on the palate with floral esters on the nose from Abbey yeast.


Oaked Twin Ale

9.5% ABV

Our early barrel program continued with a limited release of Siamese Twin Ale that was aged in American oak Chardonnay barrels. Local wild yeast and a hint of brett with solid oak character.


Flamenco Roja

6.6% ABV

A collaboration between Uncommon and High Water Brewing of Chico, CA, this Flanders-style Red Ale was brewed with pomegranate juice and fresh raspberries before being dosed with a lactobacillus culture and given a year to age in a split of Pinot Noir and Syrah barrels. It has a bright berry nose, refreshing tartness, and a dry finish.


Rubidus Red

8% ABV

The Rubidus Red is a salute to a local culinary secret, the Candy Cap mushroom. We harvest these little gems by hand in the Bay Area and add a touch of maple sugar to produce this special Red Saison. This year's release is our first batch in five years.


2016 Tramp

10.1% ABV

This Belgian-style Tripple is brewed with orange blossom honey and apricots.
